The Center for Faith & Scholarship, a Christian study center at the University of Michigan, has its inaugural lecture of the 2009-10 academic year on Thursday, September 24, with a lecture by Dean Sam Wells, Dean of the Chapel, Duke University, and Research Professor of Christian Ethics at Duke Divinity School.
Dean Wells is an accomplished speaker and preacher. An acclaimed author, he has written numerous books on Christian ethics including Improvisation: The Drama of Christian Ethics and Speaking the Truth: Preaching in a Pluralistic Culture.
