목회 핵심 가치 (Ministry Core Value)

올해 첫 주일입니다.  한 해를 시작하면서 목회 핵심 가치를 성도님들과 함께 나눕니다.  하나님 사랑 & 이웃 사랑이라는 지상 명령과 제자되어 제자삼음으로 하나님 나라를 건설한다는 사명 선언 및 예수님의 명령 성취라는 비전 아래 다음과 같은 4가지 목표와 그 목표에 따른 핵심 가치들을 두고 있습니다

Today is the first Sunday of this year.  We have great commandment and great commission as mission statement.  And also we have vision of ‘Disciples Making Disciples.’  Under these mission statement and vision statement, we have 4 objectives and core values.

각 핵심 가치들은 일년 내내 목회 사역의 집중 영역이 될 것입니다.  초점이 있는 목회가 될 때 영원한 하나님 나라 열매도 바르게, 풍성하게 맺게 될 줄 믿습니다!  성도님들도 함께 기도해 주시고, 함께 초점 맞춰 주시기 바랍니다.

When we focus on these core values, ministry of 2019 will be more powerful!  Let’s focus on our ministry core values!

4가지 목표 영역 및 핵심 가치들 (4 Objectives and Core Values)

1. 하나님과 함께 하는 교회(Being with God)-예배, 말씀, 기도, 삼위일체, 복음 (Worship, Word, Prayer, Trinity, and Gospel)

2. 성도간에 함께 하는 교회(Together with One Another) – 소그룹(셀/조/반), 일대일 제자양육, 평신도 사역(팀&셀) (Small Group, 1to1, lay people minist

3. 세대간에 함께 하는 교회(With All Generations) – 가족 공동체, 전 세대 함께, 이중 언어 사용 (Family oriented community, intergenerational, and bilingual)

4. 세상으로 함께 가는 교회(To the World) – 미션얼 라이프 & 교회, 기독교 세계관, 선교와 구제, 지역 봉사, 교회간의 연합, 하나님 나라 (Missional Life & Church, Christian World View, mission and mercy ministry, community service, unity among local churches, Kingdom of God)
