(고린도전서 1:18-31) 평생, 매일 걸어가야 할 유일한 길!

(고린도전서 1:18-31)

“예수는 하나님으로부터 나와서 우리에게 지혜와 의로움과 거룩함과 구원함이 되셨으니”(30b)

십자가는 가장 지혜로운 길입니다(20).  하나님의 능력, 하나님의 지혜가 있기 때문입니다(24).  사람이 갖고 있는 그 어떤 능력, 지혜, 배경도 하나님 앞에서 자랑하지 않아야 하며, 못하는 것이기 때문입니다(29).  

십자가의 길에 지혜, 의로움, 거룩함, 구원함이 있습니다(30).  그래서, 우리가 자랑하려면 단 하나, 십자가의 길을 걸어가신 그리스도’만’ 자랑해야 합니다(31).

오늘, 누구를 자랑하며, 어떤 길을 걸어 가시겠습니까?

(1 Corinthians 1:18–31)

"Christ has become for us wisdom from God—that is, our righteousness, holiness, and redemption." (v. 30)

The cross is the wisest path of all (v. 20), because it contains both the power of God and the wisdom of God (v. 24). No human ability, wisdom, accomplishment, or background should be boasted about before God, nor can any of these serve as grounds for boasting (v. 29).

In the way of the cross are wisdom, righteousness, holiness, and redemption (v. 30). Therefore, if we are to boast, there is only one thing we should boast in: Christ alone, who walked the way of the cross (v. 31).

Today, every day, and throughout your lifetime, which path will you choose to walk?
