(시편 PS. 14:1-7) 과연 하나님은 살아 계십니까? 네!!! Is God living God? Yes!!!

(시편 14:1-7)

“어리석은 자는 그의 마음에 이르기를 하나님이 없다 하는도다…”(1)

시편 14편은 ‘신앙시’에 해당한다고 할 수 있습니다.  하나님이 없다고 생각하는 자들을 향하여 가장 어리석다고 말하는 것은 하나님이 반드시, 분명히 계심에 대한 상대적 신앙고백적 관점이라고 할 수 있기 때문입니다. 

달리 말하면, 참된 신앙의 능력은 무신론자, 불신론자들을 향해서도 담대히, 과감하게 하나님의 살아 계심을 말할 수 있다는 말입니다.

하나님이 살아 계시지 않으면 부패하고, 행실이 가증하고, 선을 행하지 않게 됩니다(1).  무법천지가 됩니다.

그러나 범죄하여 타락한 인간의 마음과 세계는 하나님의 존재와 역사하심을 믿지 않으려 합니다(3).  하나님이 중심에 계시지 않기 때문에 깊은 두려움이 그 마음 깊숙한 곳에 도사리고 있습니다(5).

하나님 대신 자신의 권력과 금력을 주장하기에 사회적으로 불의가 성행 하게 되고, 불의에 의한 가난한 자가 발생하게 됩니다(6).  그러나 하나님은 그들을 도우십니다(6).

결국 하나님께서 참 공의와 자유와 구원을 베풀어 주십니다(7).

맞습니다.  사람들이 아무리 ‘신은 없다’, ‘하나님은 없다’라는 실언에 관계 없이, 하나님은 분명히 살아 계십니다.  그리고 절대적 기준과 분명한 목적을 가지고 역사하십니다.  오늘도, 매 순간…  나의 삶에서…

그 하나님을 신뢰하며, 기대하며, 순종하며, 그 하나님의 뜻에 헌신하며 삽시다.  모든 상황 가운데…

(Psalm 14:1–7)

“The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God...” (v. 1, KJV)

Psalm 14 can be described as a psalm of faith. It declares that those who say there is no God are utterly foolish, reflecting the psalmist's confident confession that God most certainly and undeniably exists.

In other words, the power of genuine faith is the courage to boldly proclaim that God is alive—even to atheists and unbelievers.

When God is denied, corruption spreads, human conduct becomes detestable, and no one does what is truly good (v. 1). Society descends into moral chaos.

Yet fallen humanity refuses to acknowledge God's existence and His work in the world (v. 3). Because God is not at the center of their lives, a deep and hidden fear lingers within their hearts (v. 5).

When people pursue power and wealth in God's place, injustice prevails in society, and the poor become victims of that injustice (v. 6). But God is the refuge and defender of the oppressed (v. 6).

In the end, it is God who brings true justice, freedom, and salvation (v. 7).

Indeed, no matter how many people claim, "There is no god," or "There is no God," their words do not change the truth. God is truly alive. He is actively at work according to His perfect purpose and His absolute standard—today, at every moment, and in every part of our lives.

Therefore, let us trust Him, place our hope in Him, obey Him, and devote ourselves to His will in every circumstance.
