예배 중에 드릴 신앙고백은
신앙고백: Our World Belongs to God
우리의 세상은 하나님의 것이다. 38번
38. 주의 성만찬을 통해서 그리스도께서는
자신의 못박히신 몸과 흘리신 피를
그의 백성들에게 주시어
그들이 자신의 죽음과 부활에
참여되었음을 확신하게 하신다.
성령의 역사를 통해서
그리스도께서는 그의 부활 생명을 우리에게 주시고,
동일한 떡과 포도주를 나눌 때에
우리 각 사람을 공동체로 묶어주신다.
우리는 이 양식을 기쁨으로 받으면서
예수님이 우리에게 생명을 주는 양식이요 음료인 것을 확신하고
예수께서 다시 오셔서
우리를 어린 양의 혼인잔치로 부르실 것을 확신합니다. 아멘

Our World Belongs To God
38. In the Lord’s Supper, Christ offers
his own crucified body and shed blood
to his people,
assuring them a share
in his death and resurrection.
By the Holy Spirit, he feeds us
with his resurrection life
and binds us to each other
as we share one loaf and cup.
We receive this food gladly,
believing, as we eat,
that Jesus is our life-giving food and drink
and that he will come again
to call us to the wedding feast of the Lamb.
